Vertix Builders recently topped out two new medical facilities: the Greeley Skilled Nursing Facility and the Dry Creek Medical Office Building. The Greeley Skilled Nursing Facility, located at 4356 24^th Street Road, is a three-story building totaling 52,000 square feet and will provide 54 beds.

Vertix Builders began construction recently on the new Parker MOB III medical office building on the Parker Adventist Medical Campus. As a health care construction specialist, Vertix Builders will be working with a team that includes RTA Architects, Med Development and Parker Adventist.

“We’re excited to be working with Centura Health and Parker Adventist to bring a great facility to their Parker campus,” said Ryan Bonner, president of Vertix Builders.
