A 9,000 SF 3rd floor buildout in an existing 130,000 SF medical office building. The tenant space included 2 procedure rooms, physical therapy area, office and exam rooms, waiting area, and breakroom. All construction was completed around occupied tenant spaces including a surgery center, imaging department, linear accelerators, and oncology suites. Our infection control and interim life safety procedures were continuously maintained and monitored to protect the building occupants and ensure the facility ran smoothly during our project.
