The Flight Office Building is part of the mixed-use Taxi Development in the trendy RiNo area of Denver. It is a 4-story, 140,000 SF building for Zeppelin Development. Zeppelin Development prides their buildings as being industrial feeling with open air concepts to give a collaborative feel. The project has a 13,000 SF Green Roof as well as a Photovoltaic Array on the 2nd and 4th floor roofs. BOA Technology, an international company who sells fastener systems that replace shoelaces with a wire and dial, will occupy 100,000 SF on the 1st and 2nd Floors. The first floor is specifically for building prototypes and testing of their products.
