The Mercy Hospital MOB project was completed in May of 2025.  It consisted of 2 story, 37,000SF medical office 
building with a 15,000SF surgery center. It was on a very sloped site, requiring quite a bit of retaining walls and 
detention pond areas. The community had been waiting a long time for a class A medical office building and surgery 
center like this one.
