New African Penguin exhibit including shotcrete pool with electric radiant heat, full height acrylic viewing, and new LSS building.  Existing holding facility was upgraded with bumble foot preventative flooring, caging, and transfer gates.  The exhibit has a wet and dry side, theming, and even a wave machine!
