The AdventHealth Castle Rock Musculoskeletal (CRAH MSK) project involves combining its existing orthopedic clinic, identified therapy services and pain management services into an integrated, patient-focused center. The Center is the 16,400 SF of shelled 2nd floor in the recently completed MOB located on the CRAH campus.
